Implementing Lean Activity Based Planning for Business Process Improvement

A 1-day workshop on how to integrate Lean and Activity-Based Planning to strengthen business process improvement initiatives About this Event This one-day online workshop (delivered on 2 successive mornings) covers the basics of Lean and Activity-Based Planning (ABP) and how they can be merged into a comprehensive approach for business modeling, resource management and process improvement.
