Chantal Brine Headshot

About Chantal Brine

Chantal is a builder- of people and businesses. An interest in the psychology behind human interaction brought her to St. Mary’s University from Bermuda, where she focused on Psychology, Business, and Human Resources. Chantal is a believer in experiential learning, a proponent for mentorship, and an active advocate for women.   In 2018, she formed En Point with the mission to support one million young adults in building careers where they connect their passion to a career. En Point has helped over 10000 people advance their careers through mentorship, skill, and confidence building.

A natural connector, in 2009 Chantal began working with small business, government groups, and nonprofits with private sector consulting firm PONO Consultants. She then transitioned to Unique Solutions Design, a North American tech-company that would promote her to a senior director role in less than 2 years.

In mid-2015, she joined Venor, a small entrepreneurial talent firm, to support their growth, through marketing and exploration of new business avenues that responded to Nova Scotia’s well-documented need to keep our young talent here.  In 2018, she formed En Point, with minimal seed capital from Venor, with the mission to support one million young adults in building careers where they connect their passion to a career. En Point has helped over 10000 people advance their careers through mentorship, skill, and confidence building.

Chantal Chairs the Mentorship Committee for Women in Communications and Technology Nova Scotia, serves on the Halifax Chamber of Commerce WorkForce Taskforce, sits on the Program Advisory Council for Techsploration, and is past Chair of the Atlantic Regional Advisory Board for the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers.  As a TedX and sought-after speaker, she often talks about the importance of living an authentic life and on the impact of mentorship in advancing in one’s career.
