When it comes to HR, sometimes you just want to speak to someone who’s been there and done it. Join us for our next Info4Impact and hear from the people on the ground. HR professionals from the tech sector will share their insights on everything from recruitment and retention to conflict resolution during an interactive panel discussion and answer all of your burning HR questions. OUTLINE OF THE DAY Understanding what Google Analytics is, and what it can do for your business. We'll cover how it's a foundational tool for understanding your website and how it can improve your online presence. Fundamentally, it will help drive marketing that will lead to more quality traffic to your website, and,once on the site, more users doing what you want them to do (making a purchase, contacting you, learning about your brand, etc...) An Introduction to Deep Learning with Neural Networks

Join us and the Acadia Institute for Data Analytics on January 29th for a morning workshop and hands-on introduction to developing predictive models using deep learning artificial neural networks. Dr. Danny Silver and Dr. Andy McIntyre will share a high-level overview of the key elements of neural networks and deep learning, and recent advances that allow deep networks to solve challenging problems. Participants will get a hands-on experience and build their own deep models using prepared software (Keras and Tensorflow). Programming or coding experience is not a requirement for participants, as all code needed will be provided, however some programming experience will help! For this workshop, please bring a laptop with the latest version of the Chrome browser, and a Google account for using Google Drive. If you need one provided, please let us know in advance!
