Their story is one that began with three women, each pursuing careers across Canada and around the world, finding one another. Together, they created a company built on a passion for social media and engaging communities. Social media was the driving force bringing these leaders together, and today, the company is now a full-service local and global social media agency that has supported clients ranging from a local donut shop, to an artificial intelligence CEO, to an Ivy League University. Ampersand has built their portfolio and worked with businesses in tourism, tech, food & beverage, government, politics, professional services, and more.
Prior to returning to their hometown, co-founders Salomé Thériault, Elyse Surette-DiMuzio, and Keri Tasker had excelled in careers across Canada and internationally.

Salomé uses her global experience and keen eye for aesthetics to focus on brand image. As an expert social media strategist, Elyse is able to tailor voice, style, and strategy to any brand’s persona. And finally – with 15 years of experience in marketing, Keri uses her global perspective to drive results.
