GameDev Atlantic was created to celebrate and help grow the game development industry in Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada. Already a centre for innovation and technology, the conference seeks to strengthen the connections and communication between game studios, developers, and students. Mondays 12:30-1:30 at SURGE - Life Science Centre Room 2660 Oct 7 - Control Strategies for your Prototype with Arduino and LabVIEW Introductory session on simple methods for connecting with an Arduino and practical examples of control and automation. (‘Practical examples of automation’ include positioning an item in 3D space, presenting custom stimulus on a user input event, deterministic P.I.D. and feedback loops, collecting rigorously timed data and more; all with computer or smart device control.) 2019 IT Security & Risk Symposium

The 2019 Symposium Committee of the Atlantic Provinces Chapter of ISACA is pleased to announce its fall event – IT Security & Risk Symposium being held in Halifax, Nova Scotia on November 4-5, 2019 at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel.
