User-centric Content Strategy Talk & Networking Activity

Stephanie Lummis is a User Experience Strategist with more than 20 years experience. She has been invited to talk on the topic of user-centric content strategy and her talk is entitled, “Persuasion Architecture: Turn your user research into content that converts.” You will learn: how to organize and structure content on your website to persuade people through the customer journey toward conversion internal linking and keyword strategies how it differs from information architecture You’ll leave with strategies and tips you can put to use immediately. Previous attendees have also asked for some activities to help us all get to know one another better.
