This workshop will enable you to feel confident in asking for the compensation you deserve. It will cover everything from how to navigate asking your manager for more money, to what you should be looking for before signing a new employment contract. There will be time for group discussion and Q&A to ensure all your questions are answered. This workshop is led by Jillian Climie, who has spent her career in executive compensation, most recently leading the equity compensation and executive compensation teams at Lululemon.

For many years IT (information technology) networks have operated independently of OT (operational technology) networks. But digital transformation and the cloud drove convergence of the two as OT networks were connected to other networks and (ultimately) to the Internet. While this convergence brings new opportunities, it has also fostered a need for IT and OT teams to work together to ensure operations are protected and available.
