As marketers, we're sometimes responsible for content across multiple brands, and the pressure to be efficient, consistent, and AI-savvy has never been higher. This 30-minute session, led by Shannon Emmerson, founder/CEO of B Corp content agency Forge & Spark, offers a strategic reset. With the help of a mini 'authenticity audit,' you’ll identify where your brand’s voice may have lost its edge—and what you can do to bring it back. Responding to Remote Work Ramifications

Online

Remote work took off with the COVID-19 pandemic – but it’s left a lasting legacy. Many (but not all) employers and employees continue to find benefits in remote and hybrid work. Whether you’re on board with remote workers or having second thoughts, there are ramifications. Can you call remote employees back to the office – or conversely require employees to remain as remote workers? What are the key risks of remote and hybrid workers? Are there tax implications of remote and hybrid workers? Join McInnes Cooper Labour & Employment Lawyers Alex Warshick and Abigail Herrington for a virtual roundtable conversation to help you respond to the ramifications of remote workers in your business. For members of CPHR (NS, NL, PEI), this session counts for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits.
