About the Role:

As a Bilingual Insurance Content Creator & Quality Assurance, you’ll leverage your excellent organizational ability to support large projects for the sales and content team. More specifically, you’ll get to:

• Work closely with the development team for the planning of the translation of carrier content to French
• Work closely with the development team to quality-check the translation of our content
• Work closely with technology on manual updates to ensure quality assurance and be responsible for any content revisions required
• Identify resources needed for the Quebec personal lines market
• Assist in content creation and quality assurance for all provinces
• Champion opportunities to consistently improve the QuickFacts experience & content
• Continually develop new resources and assist in the design with real user feedback
• Apply a detail-oriented approach concerning documentation and communication
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Be the first contact for client questions via our online chat platform

Qualifications:

• Fully Bilingual in French & English Languages
• Proficient in P&C insurance language in both languages
• Personal Lines insurance background required
• Post-Secondary Degree an asset
• Strong organizational skills – Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Takes the initiative on projects
• Solution-oriented
• A high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism is a must
• Ability to work independently and have proper work-from-home space
• Willingness to learn and build professional skills
