We’re leading an Atlantic Canadian delegation to ALL IN 2025, Canada’s premier artificial intelligence event on September 24–25, 2025, in Montréal, Québec. In partnership with Invest Nova Scotia, Opportunities New Brunswick, and innovation hubs across the region, we’re giving 15 AI-focused SMEs their chance to shine on the global AI stage.

This Trade Mission to ALL IN 2025 contributes to the goals and objectives of the Atlantic Trade and Investment Growth Strategy, a collaborative, pan-Atlantic approach to help Atlantic businesses begin exporting, increase export sales, expand to new markets, and attract foreign direct investment. The Strategy was developed jointly by the governments of Canada, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Financial support for this Trade Mission to ALL IN 2025 is provided in part through the Atlantic Trade and Investment Growth Agreement, between the Government of Canada and the governments of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador.

Where is ALL IN 2025?

The event will take place at Palais des congrès de Montréal

Be sure to enter via the Place Jean-Paul Riopelle entrance and follow the directions of the reception team to reach the check-in counters located on the 2nd floor, Hall Viger.

Where will the Atlantic Delegation be?

Our booth will be number 27 on the 2nd floor, Room 220C.

What material is allowed and what is prohibited?

Allowed: Edible treats (make sure to clearly identify any allergy risks), Recyclable merch, Interactive structures (subject to approval by the ALL IN team)

Prohibited: Merchandise, Roll-up banners or other banners, Posters, flyers, and other similar promotional material

Where will the Atlantic AI Innovation Showcase take place?

On September 24th at noon in room 515BC, four AI companies from across Atlantic Canada will be showcasing their AI innovations, products, and services. Learn more about what we’re doing with AI out here on the East Coast! This is a great opportunity for investors, business leaders, government, and AI experts to network and connect with AI innovators.

Are travel costs covered?

Each company will be responsible for their own travel, accommodations, meals, and incidentals. For assistance and support for your travel costs, companies in:

Nova Scotia can receive funding through Invest Nova Scotia’s Export Development Program (EDP) – If this is your company’s first time applying to a program with Invest Nova Scotia, or if you don’t know their Customer Number, you’ll need to contact their Regional Business Development Advisor to request this information.
Prince Edward Island can receive funding and financial support through the Export Enhancement and Diversification Fund
