Participants explore core AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI, and learn how these technologies can support project workflows such as documentation, meeting capture, research, data analysis, forecasting, risk identification, and process automation. The course emphasizes the practical use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Fireflies.AI, GitHub Copilot, Make.com, and Zapier in project environments.
By the end of the program, learners are able to identify high-value use cases for AI in project management, apply AI tools to improve efficiency and decision quality, design simple AI-enabled workflow solutions, and lead responsible AI adoption within their teams. The course also addresses trust, privacy, bias, and governance considerations so that participants can integrate AI in ways that are effective, ethical, and aligned with organizational needs.

Digital Nova Scotia will facilitate the funding process based on the information provided in your application. Employees must be receiving full-time compensation while in training to be eligible for WIPSI funding. This may include employees who are full-time seasonal.

February 4 - March 11, 2027. The course is delivered virtually. It combines self-paced learning with live virtual sessions and a capstone project.
$332.38 + HST per person for eligible Digital Nova Scotia members. The full course value is $1,329.50 + HST. The member price already includes up to 75% funding through Nova Scotia's Workplace Innovation and Productivity Skills Incentive (WIPSI).
Yes. Your organization needs to be a paid Digital Nova Scotia member before the course starts. Membership options are at digitalnovascotia.com/memberships.
Yes. There is no limit on how many people a business can register, and you can send people to different courses at the same time.
Each participant needs to attend at least 60 percent of the classes and submit all required documents.
