PLEASE NOTE: This training has eligibility requirements for participation listed below - please read carefully The objective of the Using ChatGPT in Predictive and Agile Projects course is to provide guidance to participants on how to create project plans and work in project delivery using input from the AI tool ChatGPT. This course provides a place where participants can share ideas on creating workable project plans using the intelligence of this tool. Despite widespread reports of organizations heavily investing in AI, the 2023 PMI Annual Global Survey on Project Management found that only 21% of respondents are using AI always or often when managing projects. Compared to the 82% of senior leaders who say AI will have at least some impact on projects, there’s a disconnect between current and aspirational use. This course shows how to integrate AI, through ChatGPT and PMI Infinity, in projects. We will go through numerous examples of doing so, and participants will practice using these tools to gain knowledge and experience. The expected impact of this training will be more knowledgeable personnel who are using the new AI tools effectively for the specific application of project management. The training also builds workforce capacity by teaching participants how to identify, measure, and clearly communicate key non-financial sustainability metrics that matter to investors, customers, and supply chain partners. Participants will gain an understanding of the evolving local and global regulatory landscape, how public policy is shaping business expectations, and how transparent reporting builds credibility and trust with […]
