Position Overview:

Compugen is seeking a Project Administrator Coordinator for an initial 1 year contract working remotely.  Candidates must currently reside within Canada and be available to work CT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assisting Senior Project Managers in coordinating, planning, communicating and executing the delivery of core project components.
  • Responsible for project budgeting, progress reporting, and scheduling
  • Work alongside Project Managers to provide updates, escalate where required, identify risks, and lead project document deliverables.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree or Certificate
  • Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment support multiple project managers and critical projects.
  •  Possess excellent MS Project skills
  • Project experience (2-3 years) as well as one year experience working at a Program support level
  • PMO experience at a Program level
  • Proven ability to Interact professionally and effectively with program leadership and team members
  • Experience in providing Program governance support
  • 2 years + experience defining the architecture and governance for SharePoint, need to be able to liaise and communication requirements to the SharePoint team
  • Program financial planning, analysis, controls and reporting experience 1+ years at the program level
  • Experience with quality management including approach documentation and execution 1+ years at the program level
  • Development and management of program performance reporting including templates, scorecards, and reports.
  • Knowledge of the insurance and/or the public automobile insurance business an asset
