Hardware Renewals Representative, Advanced Solutions

We are looking to augment our Renewal team by adding an Advanced Solutions Renewal Specialist on a full-time basis. This is a hardware renewal position, and this individual will support the sales team efforts in improving sales and customer satisfaction by ensuring asset management, quotes, orders, and customer queries are addressed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide asset lifecycle management for customers, independently and in collaboration with Networking & Security Practice Solution Specialists
  • Provide the Senior Networking Solution Specialists with customer lead on refresh opportunities based on upcoming renewals.
  • Provide renewal quotes to customers in a timely manner and within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Check purchase orders for accuracy against the quote or standards before expertly expediting them through the system
  • Provide asset lifecycle management assistance to the customers – answering renewal queries and perform research when answers are not immediately available
  • Successfully promote and sell Compugen as a full service, benefited IT systems integrator
  • Maintain and develop a high level of knowledge of new technology and the company’s solution offerings

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience working with Palo Alto, F5, Fortinet, Cisco Smartnet, HPE/Aruba, Lenovo, support renewals, etc.
  • Pre-Sales Certifications/experience with the above manufacturers would be an asset
  • Knowledge of tools such as Cisco CCW-R is an asset
  • Completion of a college diploma or university degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of Excel – regular use of pivot tables & vlookups
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and communication skills at all levels within the organization and with customers
  • Experience working in a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) or a systems integrator would be beneficial
