Within this workshop, Disability Awareness Consultant Andrew Gurza using their lived experience as a disabled person, will walk you through how to make your workplace not only accessible but also work to become anti-ableist. Through real-world examples, a sense of humor and honesty, Andrew will help you understand that accessibility is more than just ramps, buttons and elevators, it is how a disabled person feels in the space.
