Shelley is Regional IP Counsellor with Springboard Atlantic. In this role, she helps delivers Springboard Atlantic IP Advantage which is an ISED intellectual property (IP) program for startups. Springboard is a network of the 19 post-secondary institutions in Atlantic Canada working to commercialize academic and industry-led research. Prior to joining Springboard Atlantic, Shelley was at Invest Nova Scotia (formerly Innovacorp) for 15 years. Her last position there was as manager, Start-Up Yard at COVE.
