As Nova Scotia becomes more culturally diverse, we all need to learn how to welcome and work with immigrants and build a better community together. In this full-day, in-person workshop, you will: Increase your understanding of settlement and integration issues Explore practical ways to welcome and support new immigrants Develop intercultural relationship-building skills for working with new immigrants This interactive workshop is open to organizations, service providers, educators, and community volunteers. Business Interruption, loss of reputation and financial burden are all burdens associated with a cyber breach, but what is the true cost? Experiencing a cyber breach can cause a number of issues such as, business interruption, loss of reputation and could mean a large financial burden in the case of having to make a ransom payment. But what is really the true cost of a cyber breach? After this webinar you will understand: Ransom payments are not the only cost of an attack. Business interruption can be more costly than the ransom, and is being sublimated by insurers. Reputational damage and notification expenses need to be part of the math at the front end when buying insurance.
