Tickets Your ticket will get you, a Chamber's Plan drink ticket for the networking reception and a three-course meal of; Stirling Apple Salad with smoked Valley apples, local greens, Taproot shoots, dried apple chips, Nova Scotia Terra Beata cranberry and maple apple dressing. Cider Brined Pork with roasted Taproot Farms Sweet Potato, Stirling's Apple Butter, in-season vegetables, and roasted bone sauce. Creamy New York style cheesecake with local peach compote. Local red and white wine will be on the table from our wine sponsor, the Town of Kentville and the Valley Regional Enterprise Network.
