Explain how generational mindsets and intersectionality influence disclosure, inclusion, and access in the workplace. Identify inclusive leadership practices that support accessibility and psychological safety across generations. Apply inclusive strategies to create or strengthen disability-inclusive practices in your own workplace or team.
