    Neurodivergent individuals (those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences) make up an estimated 15–20% of the global population. Yet many workplaces are not designed with their needs in mind, resulting in barriers to hiring, retention, and advancement. This workshop is for managers, HR professionals, directors, and workplace leaders who want to create environments where neurodivergent employees can thrive, not just survive.
