Stewart’s IP practice includes trade-mark application and prosecution, trade-mark opposition practice, trade-mark infringement opinions and litigation, patentability opinions, patent infringement opinions and litigation, and domain name disputes. Stewart obtained his Bachelor of Science in physics from St. Francis Xavier University and his Master of Science in physics from the University of Guelph.
