About Chain Yard Cider: Chain Yard Urban Cidery started in 2017, driven by a group of partners with a shared passion for well-crafted, quality cider. Hailing from backgrounds in tourism, hospitality, and cider making, their combined experience fuelled the establishment of the first cidery in Halifax. A strategic choice led them to set up shop in Halifax's hip North End, where they transformed a former hair salon/café into a production facility and taproom.
