PLEASE NOTE: This training has eligibility requirements for participation listed below - please read carefully The objective of the Using ChatGPT in Predictive and Agile Projects course is to provide guidance to participants on how to create project plans and work in project delivery using input from the AI tool ChatGPT. This course provides a place where participants can share ideas on creating workable project plans using the intelligence of this tool. Despite widespread reports of organizations heavily investing in AI, the 2023 PMI Annual Global Survey on Project Management found that only 21% of respondents are using AI always or often when managing projects. Compared to the 82% of senior leaders who say AI will have at least some impact on projects, there’s a disconnect between current and aspirational use. This course shows how to integrate AI, through ChatGPT and PMI Infinity, in projects.
