    This session is about businesses that want to use data to make decisions. As a group we will discuss the difficulties of accessing, linking, and reporting from multiple sources of data. Interactive Reports built in either Microsoft’s Power Pivot (Excel) or Power BI Desktop offer a shorter, straighter pathway to improve efficiency and accuracy.     Neurodiversity is an umbrella term that includes Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, and co-occurring mental health challenges. Individuals with neurodivergent brains may not think or behave in a ‘typical’ fashion. Yet, these differences are to be valued and accepted as an aspect of diversity rather than as abnormal or problematic. In this workshop, we will explore the strengths that neurodivergent employees can bring to your teams, how to identify the challenges they may face, and how you can accommodate their learning differences. From this workshop, you'll learn: Understanding of what neurodiversity is and how it impacts employment; Identify key areas where neurodivergent employees struggle and; Identify Accommodations for each subset of their struggle.
