AJ Fernandez Rivera is a Managing Director at Accenture based out of the Toronto office. AJ has been with Accenture for more than 20 years and has lived and worked in various Accenture and client locations across Asia, Europe, and North America. She is currently the Products and CMT Canada Technology Sales Lead, and the Programme Lead for Canada Mortgage Housing Corporation (CMHC). In addition, AJ is the Executive Sponsor of Accenture Canada's PRIDE ERG, the Accenture Canada Technology I&D Lead and the North America Co-Sponsor for LGBT Leaders Learning (L3) course. AJ identifies as a transgender woman and is a staunch advocate of inclusion and diversity having set-up and led the very first LGBTQ+ organization in Accenture Asia Pacific region.
