Join us at our speed-interviewing event and find your next great tech team member (or three)! You’ll do five-minute speed interviews with dozens of vetted senior developers with diverse backgrounds and technical skills. All candidates have at least 7 years of work experience and have been screened by our team.

What To Expect

• You get to interview many candidates and shortlist a selection for more detailed interviews later.
• Company Pitch – This is an optional one minute pitch about your company to all the candidates.
• Live Networking – Talk face-to-face with dozens of senior developers for five minutes each. More in-depth interviews can easily be scheduled through VanHack after the event ends.
• Fireside Chat- All our virtual events kick off with a fireside chat with inspiring leaders covering a variety of diversity and inclusion, HR and technology topics.
