Taq Khaur Bhandal, Partner at BIPOC Search Executive
Dr. Taq Khaur Bhandal brings over 10 years of academic, research, and practice in social justice, public policy, and gender-based health analysis to her firm. Taq specializes in decolonial approaches to recruitment and search, with a particular focus on bringing ancestral worldviews to solve modern-day problems. She has worked across the borders of Canada in post-secondary, non-profit, and health care settings in Vancouver, Toronto, and Halifax.
Daniella Sam, Executive Recruiter for KBRS
As an Executive Recruiter, Daniella builds meaningful connections between established leaders and academic institutions. With 8 years of experience, she is a seasoned customer service professional with a background in sales – which is at the foundation of her ability to understand her clients’ needs and exceed them. She is passionate about giving everyone equal opportunity and served as the founder and leader of the diversity committee in her last role, as well as Vice-Chair of the Black Professional Network.
