Cindy Russell is the Manager, Microcredentialing at Dalhousie University. Cindy has a Master of Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University and has spent many years in the post secondary and public health system supporting provincial and national workforce development and learning initiatives. Like Cindy, who started in February of this year, microcredentials are fairly new to Dal. There is much to learn in the world of microcredentials and Cindy alongside a Steering committee of Dal staff and external partners continue to explore and discover their potential for learners, programs, and external partners.
