How Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Helps

In this free webinar, IGNITE has teamed up with Tranquility to bring you the benefits and understanding of cognitive therapy.

Join us on March 8th at 11am to 12:30 am with Dr. Richards for a free webinar on Cognitive Therapy.

This webinar will teach you the difference between normal worries and sadness versus anxiety and depression. It will include proven ways to help you reduce your anxiety and depression (or support a loved one). An online program, Tranquility, will be discussed as one way to manage anxiety and depression from the comfort of your home.

You’ll learn tips on how to ;

(1) boost your mood

(2) challenge unhelpful thoughts

(3) begin to overcome your fears using scientifically supported methods.
