Join other Black founders from across Atlantic Canada during our bi-weekly Black Founders Lunches! Every second Tuesday, beginning September 20th, we’re bringing together Black entrepreneurs to connect and discuss in a safe and confidential space any questions you may have pertaining to entrepreneurship, your business ideas, business planning and growth, resource sharing and more.

How do I participate?

Ask for or share resources or network connections. Find collaborators and build partnerships. Discuss your wins from the past week. Offer support for other Black founders. Share your goals and build peer accountability. Bring a pitch deck and ask for feedback.

Black Founders Lunch is an open space for you to bring any of the challenges you’re working through or to offer other entrepreneurs advice based on your experiences and knowledge. Draw on the extensive network of knowledge within our community of Black entrepreneurs in various industries and levels of experience.

Some guiding questions:

• What is one goal you want to achieve within the next 2 weeks?
• Which problem area of business has been causing the most friction over the past 2 weeks?
• Tell us about the ways you might approach this problem.
• What support or expertise do you need to overcome this problem?
• What does successfully solving this problem look and feel like?
• Why do customers care about your product or service?
• How can you provide more value to your customers to surprise and delight them?
