The applications of artificial intelligence are transversal across image-guided therapy, from detection and diagnosis to predicting outcomes and responses to changes in treatment. This lecture provides an overview of the current state of artificial intelligence in image-guided therapy, highlights current and imminent challenges and opportunities, and discusses future trends and directions for advancing IGT. Discussion topics will include privacy strategy, ethical considerations, data access, and product design.
