Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer
Position Description:
CGI is seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support a Product Catalogue project. The successful candidate will lead the design and development of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Design, build, and enhance solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- Lead technical architecture and solution design for Power Platform applications
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Support development of a Product Catalogue solution
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, and other systems as required
- Ensure solutions follow best practices for security, governance, scalability, and maintainability
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support deployed applications and workflows
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Senior-level experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, including canvas and/or model-driven apps
- Strong experience developing workflows using Power Automate
- Experience designing Power Platform architecture and solution patterns
- Knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and related integrations
- Ability to gather and clarify business requirements with client stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile or project-based delivery environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Prior experience with government or public sector clients is an asset
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are an asset, such as PL-400, PL-600, or related certifications
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000–$125,000. This role is a future opportunity.
