Hailey Coleman
Hailey is an entrepreneur and Co-Owner of the Cottage Cafe with years of experience in corporate recruitment. Before opening her business, she served as the Branch Manager with Manpower Halifax – a recruiting firm primarily sourcing for the admin, customer service and industrials sectors. As the youngest Branch Manager within the organization, Hailey is a results-driven professional with a strong knowledge of the Halifax job market. Hailey brings with her a Bachelor of Business Management degree, as well as the highest off the desk perm billings for Canada in 2019 during her first year as a recruiter. She has successfully placed more than 100 permanent placements and many more on contract throughout her time in the industry. Hailey served on the Board of Fusion Halifax as Membership Coordinator (2020-21)
Lori Cadelli
Lori is an extroverted, natural networker with a knack for bringing people together through her years of sales and marketing experience. She uses her communication, networking, and training skills at the corporate and retail level. She manages client relationships, increases brand awareness, has led a Brand Ambassador program throughout Atlantic Canada, and leads trainings across the country. Lori brings these efforts to her volunteer work, as she previously served on the Fusion Halifax board for four years.
Karim George
With a Bachelor of Commerce and majors in accounting and marketing, Karim began his career in corporate banking; learning all he could about what makes a successful business. In 2013, he put that knowledge to work, starting his own business in video production and quickly growing to a full-service marketing agency. Today, InTouch Communications Inc., is helping businesses across Canada thrive, and providing employment to Nova Scotians. Karim’s determination, drive, and ability and to see opportunity where others don’t earned him a great deal of respect and recognition in Halifax. In 2016 he was an RBC Top 25 Canadian Immigrant, and he was a finalist for Halifax Chamber of Commerce for Business Leader of the Year 2019 and 2020.
