Since 2015, we’ve been proud to bring our member’s training opportunities with the assistance of Nova Scotia’s Workplace Innovation and Productivity Skills Incentive (WIPSI). Topics range throughout the year, and eligible members are able to receive up to 100% funding to participate in these programs. Space is limited.

Digital Twin of an Organization for Manufacturers

This four-day team workshop helps manufacturers define the critical success factors for designing, implementing, and utilizing a DTO.

Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification Prep Training

This instructor-led course will help you get the PMP training hours and preparation you need prior to taking your certification exam. Our PMI-approved instructors will guide you through key concepts and work with you to ensure success. Digital Nova Scotia is an Authorized Training Provider with the Project Management Institute.

Grow with Cleantech, offered by Boundless Accelerator, equips mid-career individuals, including those from underrepresented groups, with foundational knowledge, skills, and industry connections needed to support cleantech sales roles through a robust 16-week, virtual training program.

Types of Training Sessions

Webinars (60 – 90 mins): A virtual session focused on specific topics, trends, or skills.
Workshops (2 – 4 hrs): Hands-on, interactive sessions (virtual or in-person) designed to build practical skills.
Panels (60 – 90 mins): Expert-led discussions featuring multiple speakers who share insights, experiences, and perspectives on a specific topic.

Training Development Process

Initial Consultation

A facilitator should complete the form below – this will be shared with DNS to evaluate the initial application.
If the topic fits, DNS will schedule a meeting.
Decide on lead times – We require 8-10 weeks lead time to organize and promote these sessions.

Content Development

Collaborate with DNS to design the session content, ensuring it is engaging, practical, and relevant.
For workshops, there will be more collaboration to ensure these sessions will have takeaways for participants.

Promotion

DNS will promote the session to members and the broader network through newsletters, social media, community partners and the DNS events calendar.

Delivery

DNS will handle technical setup, registration, and participant communication.
The facilitator will deliver the session virtually or in-person, depending on the agreed format.

Feedback & Follow-Up

DNS will collect feedback from participants to measure the impact of the session.
