Events

A full refund is available if participation is canceled up to 14 days before the scheduled program or event date. No refunds will be issued after this period.*

In exceptional cases, such as personal emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, alternative solutions such as rescheduling or transferring to a different session may be offered. Please note that such arrangements are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding. Membership

At Digital Nova Scotia, we are committed to providing value to our members and transparency in our billing practices. We strive to ensure that our members are satisfied with their experience. However, if you are not entirely happy with your membership, please review our refund policy below: 

Membership Fees
All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as noted below. Memberships are billed annually and are valid for one year from the date of registration or renewal.

Automatic Renewals
Memberships renew automatically each year. You will receive a reminder prior to renewal. If you do not wish to continue your membership, you must notify us before the renewal date. If you are charged for a renewal unintentionally:
– You may request a full refund within 14 days of the renewal charge.
– No refunds will be issued after the 14-day grace period.

Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will prevent future renewals, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining time on your current membership term.

Upgrading Your Membership
If you choose to upgrade from an Individual Membership to an Organization-Level Membership during your current term:
– We will apply a prorated credit based on the unused portion of your current membership fee toward the cost of the upgraded membership.
– The new membership term will begin from the date of the upgrade.
