Digital Skills for Women+ is a learning program created by women who have experienced first hand the barriers for women and gender diverse individuals in tech. This free cohort is designed to help women and gender diverse people without experience in the industry to learn more about industry-related topics, the ecosystem, and career opportunities. Its purpose is to help participants build confidence, learn industry language, and ultimately leave better positioned to explore and enter a career in tech.
Each cohort consists of six, three-hour virtual sessions that take place over the course of seven weeks. The content for each cohort will be slightly different based on the cohort members and their application feedback, however, topics that may be covered include digital marketing strategy, analytics, SEO, databases, digital advertising, email marketing, cybersecurity, programming, and more.
