If you’re interested in bringing a camp to your community, please reach out to. As the camps are funded through sponsors and community partners, they often take time to organize, but we are always interested in expansions and would love to hear from you.
Our camps outside of Halifax are four days long to ensure our camp counsellors have adequate time to set up and prepare each space for the camp. We are very proud of the Discovery Centre and their ability to adapt and create meaningful and rich learning plans to ensure campers in all camps have an amazing experience!
Each year, Digital Nova Scotia receives a high volume of applications for our Digital Discovery Camp. While we make every effort to accommodate each applicant, due to limited space, that simply isn’t possible. Once you’ve applied, you will receive an email within 3 weeks to let you know whether your application has been successful.
While camps do vary in content a bit each year, the basic curriculum is the same. Therefore, if your child is someone who prefers a brand new experience when attending camp and have enrolled previously, you may wish to consider another camp.
