The Project Coordinator provides support to Project Managers with project organization and internal communications. This role is specialized in either marketing or website building and provides the opportunity for professional development and growth in one of those areas.

What You Will Do

    • Support the Project Manager with continuous improvement initiatives within the Project Delivery team
    • Support with planning and facilitating client workshops and requirements gathering meetings
    • Collaborate with team members throughout the agency to ensure successful implementation of all projects
    • Work within CMS to strategically plan website content strategy
    • Identify and flag issues within CMS or marketing deliverables and report them back to Account Lead for resolution
    • Attend project stand-ups and internal meetings to capture meeting notes and keep up on project status
    • Other general client support duties as required

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of project coordination experience
  • Post-secondary education in project management, marketing, advertising, business, communications, public relations, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience assisting project teams
  • Avid interest in digital marketing and technology
  • Demonstrates initiative and proactivity
  • Able to think confidently and be open to the ideas of others
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized with the ability to function in a fast-paced business environment
  • Previous experience working with CMS (WordPress and/or Drupal) is an asset
