Matthieu (Il/Lui) est un leader en TI spécialisé dans les solutions numériques et le développement agile. Au cours des 20 dernières années, il a travaillé à la TD, à Orange, à Bell, à Desjardins, et il est maintenant à la BDC depuis 3 ans. Sa motivation est de bâtir et de gérer des équipes diversifiées et performantes où les gens peuvent s'épanouir et être eux-mêmes. En plus de sa carrière en technologie, Matthieu s'est impliqué dans GRIS-Montréal, Fierté au travail Canada et divers groupes de ressources pour les employés, tous visant à améliorer la vie des gais et lesbiennes. Ses autres passions sont les voyages, la natation et, surtout, le temps passé avec ses deux enfants. Rim Charkani (she/her) is the co-founder and CEO of WALO, a fintech on a mission to ensure the financial health of future generations. Rim has over 8 years of experience in corporate strategy in the financial services sector. She has worked with senior executives to define, plan and execute on their customer and growth strategies, in North America, Africa, Europe, and Australia. Prior to founding WALO, Rim has held multiple key roles such as senior corporate strategy advisor at the Desjardins Group, Strategy Consulting manager at KPMG Canada, and Digital Consulting manager at KPMG Australia. Rim holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from Laval University and a Master's degree in Management from EDHEC Business School (France).
