In 2023, he founded AI-First Consulting with a mission to help 500 Atlantic Canadian organizations adopt AI by 2035. Since that time, Robert has delivered AI keynotes for organizations such as Engineers Canada, CME, EMC, AISC, PMI, and others. Robert has partnered with Digital Nova Scotia and St. FX University to create and deliver an AI microcredential course, training over 90 participants on the practical use of generative AI.
