We’ll cover the cost of the meal and a complimentary drink, so all you have to do is show up and join Executive Director, Alumni Affairs Oonagh Proudfoot (’93, ’06) for this in-person event. It has been quite a while since we’ve visited Newfoundland and we’re really looking forward to catching up, hearing all your stories and sharing a few of our own!

Moderated by Executive Director, Alumni Affairs Oonagh Proudfoot ('93, '06), this conversation is bound to set your sails in the right direction as we enter another tourism season. Presenter bios: Shannon Guihan ('02) A tourism development specialist, Shannon has more than 15 years of international experience working at multiple levels of tourism development and delivery. She has worked in travel delivery and as a consultant. In her role as Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of TreadRight for The Travel Corporation (TTC), a family of 40 travel brands operating worldwide, Shannon leads the development and implementation of the group’s five-year sustainability strategy and climate action plan. Shannon also oversees the TreadRight Foundation, TTC’s not-for-profit dedicated to supporting projects under the foundation's three pillars of planet, people and wildlife globally. 2022 ALUMNI GOLF TOURNAMENT FRIDAY, JULY 29, 2022, 12:30 PM - 7:30PM KENWO GOLF CLUB, NEW MINAS, NOVA SCOTIA Welcome to the 40th Annual Acadia Alumni Golf Tournament! This tournament is being held at Ken-Wo Golf Club on Friday, July 29, 2022 with a shot gun start at 12:30pm. Sign up as an individual or create a five-person team and join us for a day of fun, prizes and Acadia spirit! Dinner to follow at the clubhouse.
