What excites you the most about the tech sector in Nova Scotia?
Technology plays a role in and touches all aspects of any modern business. I think Digital Nova Scotia takes that approach, and believes there are no sector or business in the province that we can’t play a role in helping advocate and support the advancement of their digital and technological adoption or enhancement. The scope and breadth of that opportunity is what I find most exciting about joining DNS!
What’s your favourite way to spend a day off?
Driving and exploring all the coastal areas of Nova Scotia with my partner Chloe and our German Shepherd sidekick, Maple.
What’s something you’re passionate about that might surprise us?
One of my favourite things is to be out on the water. I will never turn down an excuse or opportunity to be on a boat anywhere in Nova Scotia.
What three items you cannot live without (excluding food, water etc.)?
-A car or suv with a big enough hatch space for my pup
-Flip-flops (In the summer time, at least)
-The Reminders app on my phone

What excites you the most about the tech sector in Nova Scotia?
I’m most excited about the incredible talent we have here in Nova Scotia, driving the success and growth of our tech sector! Being from the province myself, seeing the creativity, passion, and advancements from those who also call this special place home, it makes me proud!
What’s your favourite way to spend a day off?
My favourite way to spend a day off starts with having coffee on our patio with my cat, Moose, followed by running a few errands with my fiance before spending time with family or friends – ideally by the water! Then, the best way to wrap up a good day is with good food, of course!
What’s something you’re passionate about that might surprise us?
I really love watching crime/murder documentaries and trying to figure out the entire investigation before the end of the show.
What three items you cannot live without (excluding food, water etc.)?
I can’t live without my water bottle (I drink about 4L a day), my lip balm, and sadly…my phone.
