Request for Proposal: Project Evaluation

Digital Nova Scotia has partnered with Bluedrop Learning Networks on an exciting new project to address the demand for quality ICT talent, and the ICT skills gap in Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.
Through the delivery of a blended online training program, in partnership with industry, educational institutions, and community centres, the project partners will develop meaningful career pathways into the ICT industry in both provinces for students and new graduates, underemployed demographics, under-served communities, and incumbent workers. Digital Nova Scotia and Bluedrop Learning Networks are looking for Requests for Proposal for project Evaluation throughout the research and development of this project.
