Meet our web development November Students of the month | Rencontrez nos étudiants du mois de novembre en development web

Français en bas As we rapidly approach the end of the first cohort of Skills for Hire Atlantic we are highlighting 2 more students who have dedicated themselves to their learning. Our first student of the month for website development is Perry Moore. After training as an engineer and looking to make a switch, Perry decided to pursue web development independently. His interest in the field centered around having an outlet for creative expression, freelance and remote working opportunities, and the potential to work with people and non profits looking to make positive impacts in the world. After having seen Skills for Hire Atlantic as an opportunity to grow his network and bolster his knowledge, he decided to sign up for the program. Perry said that he has enjoyed the networking components of the program and being able to talk to employment specialists who have knowledge of tech. Perry shared that his ideal job would be working as a freelance consultant, advising on a wide range of technologies - including full stack web development. If you are interested in getting in touch with Perry you can reach him on Linkedin. ___________________________________________________________________________ Our second highlighted student of the month currently learning new skills in web development is Lalla Mini Idrissi, who is taking the program in French. She decided to join the Skills for Hire Atlantic program hoping to gain a working knowledge of development, creating websites, software and programming languages. She shares that the program has been excellent in terms of a means of concentrating information. She is working hard at completing all of the lessons being delivered through the online learning platform. Ideally, once completed the program, she would like to go on to a co-op in order to learn and practice her newfound knowledge. She is currently living in New Brunswick and would be open to in-person or remote work. If you are interested in contacting Lalla you can reach her via email.
