LEAP Halifax: Meeting Opportunities with International Consultants


Nova Scotia Business Inc., in partnership with Innovacorp, Global Affairs Canada, and the Trade Commissioner Services in San Diego, is recruiting companies to participate in an incoming mission with international consultants and venture capitalists from San Diego, USA. This initiative is part of LEAP Halifax. LEAPHalifax is offered to high innovation companies to leverage San Diego's innovation and commercialization expertise, to help enlighten our tech entrepreneurs and the broader business community about near-term opportunities, accelerate our startups’ commercial readiness, and promote the unique science, technology, and innovation originating in Nova Scotia to the US West Coast business community (LEAP). High-innovation companies operating in Information Communications Technology (ICT) Ocean Technology, or Clean Technology are invited to apply. Companies will be assessed and selected based on their level of readiness to enter international markets, potential to scale and globally commercialize, and their potential to attract investment.
