Founded in 2018 and based in Dartmouth, ingagehr is a founder-friendly HR firm built for the pace of growth. Led by two experienced women who understand the demands of scaling a business, we specialize in helping Atlantic Canadian startups, especially in tech, build the HR infrastructure they need to grow with confidence.
Our approach is hands-on, strategic, and scalable. We partner with founders to set up the right foundations from the start: compliant policies, thoughtful hiring practices, performance systems, and a culture that actually sticks.
