Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Production Support Lead with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep technical skills in ORPOS RPOS and POS Basics with a preference for experience in Supply Chain – Consumer Goods

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 10+ years of experience in a technical production support lead role with expertise in Retail POS systems
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies(Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.)
  • Expertise in API development, integration, and solving in a production environment
  • Experience with incident management, monitoring tools (Datadog, Splunk), and root cause analysis (RCA).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and solving skills in a fast-paced retail environment

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the implementation and support of ORPOS RPOS and POS Basics systems to ensure seamless operations
  • Supervise the integration of POS systems with other business applications to enhance overall efficiency
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on POS-related issues and best practices.
  • Fix and solve technical issues related to POS systems in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report on the performance of POS systems to stakeholders.
