Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 15 to 19 years of experience in Sitecore technologies and Life and Annuities Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on Sitecore XM Cloud Workflow Integration to AD Core Development and Administration. This role requires a deep understanding of Sitecore and its application in the insurance sector ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of Sitecore solutions tailored for the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
  • Oversee the integration of Sitecore with Active Directory to ensure secure and efficient user management.
  • Provide expertise in Sitecore XM Cloud to enhance digital experiences and customer engagement.
  • Develop core Sitecore components that align with business needs and technical requirements.
  • Administer Sitecore environments to maintain optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Sitecore workflows.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Sitecore implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Sitecore development.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new Sitecore features and functionalities.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Sitecore best practices.
  • Conduct regular assessments of Sitecore systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge of Sitecore.
  • Contribute to the companys strategic goals by leveraging Sitecore to improve customer experiences.
Qualifications
  • Possess extensive experience in Sitecore XM Cloud and its application in the insurance sector.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Sitecore Workflow and Integration to AD.
  • Have a strong background in Sitecore Core Development and Administration.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
  • Show capability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Certifications Required

Sitecore Certified Professional Developer Insurance Certification (e.g. LOMA)

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $120,500/Year to $141,500/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
