As a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant you will make an impact by being an outstanding professional who assumes a relevant role in guiding clients and teams towards successful process optimization through the assessment, analysis, and mapping of better workflows and implementation of standard, measurable processes so that accurate next steps can be envisioned and realized in automation. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow team and work with our partners.

In this role, you will

  • STCs are also proactive providing mentoring and supporting fellow team members and perform with a high autonomy level. Due to theirs outstanding asset of skills and high level of decision making, Seniors Developers usually act as a Project Team Leads.
  • Lead all significant project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration. documentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on sophisticated development. Attend, participate, and occasionally lead Scrum meetings.
  • Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the, implementation project team.
  • Fulfill Project´s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality, giving with assignments, follow up and mentorship to Junior / Mid developers. Fulfill technical design mentorship within our projects following ServiceNow standard processes.
  • Ensure Project Lead receives timely updates on work you’re doing to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communication.
  • Supply to the continuous improvement of Delivery Services processes as well as the maturing of the different portfolios, capabilities, expertise, and standard processes in consideration of Customer needs and requirements.
  • Fill technical or process roles in our projects, if needed. Lead, educate, mentor and develop the Team resources who are assigned-their/her projects. Assist in the prioritization of new opportunities, design tools and techniques to deliver efficiently. Act as the final issue point for technical decision-making within a project. Partnership with HR to deliver technical interviews and support the recruitment process.
