Senior Java Production Support- Remote
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Production Support Engineer with extensive experience in Java 17, Spring, AWS, and Kubernetes to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of our production applications. You will apply your expertise in Java development and production support to fix complex issues and implement effective solutions. In this role, you will
- Provide expert-level support for Java applications in production environments.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quick resolution of production issues.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements as required.
- Perform root cause analysis of incidents and proactively address potential issues.
- Guide the adoption of standard methodologies in coding, deployment, monitoring, and security.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Java 17, Microservices and Spring framework development and support.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and architecture standard methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- Solid understanding of production support processes and methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
